Refund policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt

Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Please note:

  • Accessories, sale items, and holiday items are FINAL SALE
  • All custom-made or made-to-order items are FINAL SALE
  • Items purchased at pop-up events (outside of our storefront) are FINAL SALE
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
